4 More Sleeps!

Coming to you from Manchester, NH, Good Morning! For those of you keeping score, yes, I have eaten my words. I was NEVER coming to Manchester. I was NEVER going to FIRST headquarters. We arrived in Manchester on Friday, January 3rd and we went to FIRST headquarters about 20 minutes after getting into town. What 4 More Sleeps!

Back Home in Indiana and Missouri

It has been a while and for that you have my apologies. Over the past couple weeks I have worked to stay present and soak up the familiar. It has been wonderful to be places that we know and surrounded by our loved ones. What I did not expect is that with each passing day Back Home in Indiana and Missouri

So, its been a while………………….I am still here, promise! We have been in Gulf Shores, AL for almost a week now and we will be here until Tuesday. Here are my random thoughts on Gulf Shores so far: Water is everywhere. Military jets sound like they are going to come through the condo windows Monday Gulf Shores

Dolphins, Sharks, Goats, Crabs, Dogs, Turltes, Jellyfish and Gators…Oh My!

On the way to Edisto we stopped off in Greenville and had dinner with our friend/son Matt Auter who was there for work. Dolphins, Sharks, Goats, Crabs, Dogs, Turltes, Jellyfish and Gators…Oh My!

Return to Indiana

In many respects nothing and yet so much had changed in our time away. Jerry left West Lafayette Return to Indiana

Answering Questions….

I figured I would answer them here: The biggest question we get asked is: WHY are you doing this? Our response: WHY NOT? Answering Questions….

Together

To say that we are independent people, Jerry and I, is probably an understatement. We function well together, but we are used to being apart. We would spend days sometimes weeks apart both prior to marriage and after. So a BIG question that some people asked and that I thought about was: can we be Together

Settled

It seems funny to say we are settled when we are homeless, but it feels like we are. Metro Detroit was my home for 8 years from 2003-2011. This is where we first lived together, where we got engaged, and where we got married. A part of me will always feel like this is home. Settled
