Both of us have been there a few times, and only once before together. Of course that was for a robot event and I’d have to dig to remember which year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, we were staying with a robot friend, from Israel, now living in Vegas. I met Shahar in 2012 when I went to the Israel Regional, somewhere we need to make it back to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Got in on the last day of August, Vegas is still hot, in fact about the same as what Death Valley was at 8:30am the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we had already driven through Death Valley, over Hoover Dam twice, met up with Shahar and then we drove out to Red Rock Canyon and did the driving loop, next we met up with David, Shahar’s other half, had dinner, went to the world’s largest wheel, took a half hour ride, got frozen custard at Luv-It, stopped at The Underground at The Mob Museum, walked Fremont Street and headed to bed. 6:30am to 11:15pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
